Who typically invests in startups?

1 Answer(s)

Angel investors typically invest at the early stages of a company’s development.  Angel investors are individuals with sufficient disposable income to make meaningful capital contributions to startups.  They typically take a passive role in the company, but there are some angel investors who take on advisor or director roles in order to help drive value for the startup.
